One of my friends informed me yesterday that she’s never read the last 2 Harry Potter books. Her reasoning was that by the time they came out she was old enough to realize how bad the writing was, and she felt like JK Rowling was just writing them at that point for the money. I think she realized about halfway through that I was not impressed by her assessment… yet she kept going.

After attending my flatmate's choir concert...
